Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 16, 2026, Science Applications International Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year ended January 30, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
The Company’s management will discuss operations and financial results in an earnings conference call beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on March 16, 2026.
