(the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the Redwood Trust Shareholder Letter – 2nd Quarter 2026 and The Redwood Review – 2nd Quarter 2026, copies of which are attached as Exhibit 99.1, Exhibit 99.2 and Exhibit 99.3, respectively, to this current report on Form 8-K.
