On June 6, 2025, the Company held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Three proposals were submitted to the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 25, 2025.
