Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 26, 2026, Sunrun Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on February 26, 2026 to discuss its financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. The full text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
