Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 8, 2026, Ankur Sinha, the Chief Product and Technology Officer of Remitly Global, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notice of his resignation from the Chief Product and Technology Officer role effective as of June 19, 2026. Mr. Sinha’s resignation did not result from any disagreement regarding the Company’s financial reporting or accounting policies, procedures, estimates, or judgments.
