Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 12, 2026, Benjamin Lee notified Reddit, Inc. (“Reddit”) of his intention to step down as Reddit’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective September 14, 2026. Through September 25, 2026, Mr. Lee will remain an employee of Reddit and assist in the transition of his responsibilities.
In connection with Mr. Lee's resignation, Reddit expects to appoint Paul Cappuccio as Reddit's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Cappuccio brings deep leadership experience as a public company general counsel, executive, and board director.
