On August 18, 2026, QT Imaging Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) posted a Letter to Shareholders on the Presentations webpage in the Investor Relations section of its website, www.qtimaging.com. The Letter to Shareholders contains supplemental product and operational information regarding the Company. A copy of the Letter to Shareholders is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
