On August 10, 2026, an aggregate of $60,000 (the “Extension Payment”) was deposited into the trust account of Quetta Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) for the benefit of its public stockholders. The Extension Payment enables the Company to extend the period of time it has to consummate its initial business combination by one month (the “Extension”), from August 10, 2026, to September 10, 2026.
