On November 20, 2025, Phoenix Education Partners, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the three and twelve months ended August 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this report by reference. The Company has scheduled a webcast for 3:00 p.m. MST (5:00 p.m. ET) on November 20, 2025, to discuss its financial results.
