Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) will deliver an investor presentation that includes the slides attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which include certain updates to the Company’s previously issued guidance for the fourth quarter of 2025, and which are incorporated herein by reference.
