On February 18, 2026, OPENLANE, Inc. (“OPENLANE” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025. OPENLANE will host an earnings conference call and webcast, Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time.
