The 2026 annual meeting of shareholders of OptimumBank Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on April 28, 2026. There were 12,166,437 shares of common stock outstanding as of the record date for the annual meeting, of which 8,991,733 were present in person or by proxy at the meeting, representing 73.91% of the outstanding shares eligible to vote.
