On January 7, 2026, Blue Owl Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 after market close. The Company will hold its earnings webcast / conference call on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
