Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 27, 2026, Crystal Lail, vice president and chief financial officer, and Travis Meyer, director corporate development and investor relations officer, of NorthWestern Energy Group, Inc. d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE) (the “Company”) will be attending the Bank of America Power, Utilities & Cleantech Conference in New York. On June 2, 2026, Ms. Lail and Mr. Meyer will be in Boston and will be joined by Emilie Ng, the Company's treasurer, as part of a non-deal roadshow organized by BMO, and on June 4, 2026, these three Company representatives will be participating in the Mizuho Mid-Cap Utilities Conference in New York. In connection with these conferences and meetings, they will be providing certain information concerning the Company in a slide presentation to current and potential investors and will be affirming the Company's 2026 non-GAAP earnings guidance range of $3.68 to $3.83 per diluted share.
