MEXCO ENERGY CORPORATION (the “Company”) is filing the attached proxy card as a supplement to the Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 30, 2026 (“the Proxy Statement”). After filing the Proxy Statement, the Company discovered that the proxy card was inadvertently omitted from the Proxy Statement. No changes have been made to the body of the Proxy Statement.
