On October 15, 2025, Richard M. Beyer and Mary Pat McCarthy provided notice to the Governance and Sustainability Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Micron Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) that they have decided to retire from the Board and will not seek re-election at the Company’s fiscal 2025 annual shareholders meeting (the “Annual Meeting”). Mr. Beyer and Ms. McCarthy will continue to serve as directors through the end of their term at the Annual Meeting.
