On February 26, 2026, MasTec, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. In addition, the Company issued guidance for the quarter ending March 31, 2026 and year ending December 31, 2026, in each case as set forth in the earnings press release.
