On December 11, 2025, Analisa M. Allen, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of MGIC Investment Corporation (the “Corporation”), notified the Corporation that she intends to resign from the Board effective January 31, 2026. Ms. Allen’s decision was not due to any disagreement on any matter relating to the Corporation’s operations, policies or practices.
