Monolithic Power Systems Announces Fourth Quarter 2025 Dividend
Schaffhausen, Switzerland, December 12, 2025 -- Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MPWR), a global company that provides high-performance, semiconductor-based power electronics solutions, announced today its fourth quarter dividend of $1.56 per share of common stock to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2025. The dividend will be paid on January 15, 2026.
