On February 6, 2026, Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) and 1st Colonial Bancorp, Inc. (“1st Colonial”) issued a joint press release announcing the receipt of all bank regulatory approvals required to consummate the merger of 1st Colonial with and into Mid Penn. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by this reference
