On September 1, 2026, Mohawk Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of An Nuyttens as President of its Flooring Rest of the World segment, effective mid-October. Ms. Nuyttens will join the Company with more than 30 years of international leadership experience at Solvay, a global chemical company, including service in senior executive roles across Europe and the United States. Ms. Nuyttens will succeed Paul De Cock, who has led the Flooring Rest of the World segment on an interim basis in addition to his responsibilities as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and prior to his appointment as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer effective September 30, 2026.
