Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On June 11, 2026, McGraw Hill, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
