MARA Announces First Quarter 2026 Results


Miami, FL – May 11, 2026 – MARA Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MARA) ("MARA" or the "Company"), a leading digital infrastructure company, today announced its preliminary, unaudited first quarter 2026 financial results in a letter to shareholders.

Investors are invited to access the first quarter 2026 shareholder letter at MARA’s website at ir.mara.com. A copy of the letter will also be furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on a Form 8-K.
