ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 29, 2026, Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. (“MAA”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated results of operations and financial condition as of June 30, 2026 and for the three and six months then ended. In that press release, MAA also updated its prior 2026 guidance for its Same Store portfolio performance, including NOI growth. In the press release, the upper end of the updated range for NOI growth should have been stated as -0.10% rather than 0.10%. The midpoint of the updated range for NOI growth was correctly stated as -0.90%.
