Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On October 20, 2025, Grand Canyon Education, Inc. (the “Company”) received written confirmation from Kathy J. Claypatch of her resignation from her position as the Company’s Chief Information Officer, which the Company has accepted. Ms. Claypatch had served as the Company’s Chief Information Officer since July 2021, having previously served in the position of Chief Technology Officer beginning in October 2012.
