On June 26, 2025, Live Ventures Incorporated (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) to vote on the matters disclosed in the Company’s definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 21, 2025.
