Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 11, 2025, Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), announced the October 2026 retirement of the National Geographic Sea Bird and the National Geographic Sea Lion from its fleet upon completion of their farewell season. The Company will expand its Alaska program beginning in 2027, with the charter of the Greg Mortimer, enhancing the Company’s ability to explore more, offer modern onboard accommodations and common spaces as well as new exciting itineraries, and continue building on its pioneering legacy.
