On May 14, 2026, Kite Realty Group Trust (the “Company”) held its 2026 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, shareholders voted on the election of 10 nominees for the Company’s Board of Trustees to serve one-year terms expiring at the 2027 annual meeting of shareholders.
