On March 2, 2026, Kosmos Energy Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the news release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
