Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 7, 2026, Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend of $0.49 per share of common stock payable on May 28, 2026 to holders of record as of the close of business on May 18, 2026 (the “Common Stock Dividend”) and, in conjunction with the Common Stock Dividend, Kodiak Gas Services, LLC, a subsidiary of the Company (“Kodiak Services”) declared a distribution on its units of $0.49 per unit payable on May 28, 2026 to all unitholders of record of Kodiak Services as of the close of business on May 18, 2026. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
