On February 27, 2026, Johnson Outdoors Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing approval by the Board of Directors of a quarterly cash dividend payable on April 30, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 16, 2026 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 of this Form 8-K Report as Exhibit 99.1
