On February 13, 2026, Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (the “Company” or “registrant”) issued a press release which provides certain preliminary financial data as of January 31, 2026. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
