On December 18, 2025, Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. dba Innovative Aerosystems and its subsidiaries issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal 2025 year ended September 30, 2025. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
