On March 16, 2026, IPG Photonics Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Local Division of the Unified Patent Court located in Dusseldorf, Germany issued a decision in the previously disclosed patent infringement lawsuit brought by affiliates of Trumpf SE & Co. KG against IPG Laser GmbH & Co. KG, a German subsidiary of the Company. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
