On January 4, 2026, Everett Cunningham, Chief Commercial Officer, notified Illumina, Inc. that he will be resigning effective as of January 16, 2026.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 8, 2026, the Company issued a press release to announce certain changes in the Company's management, including the resignation of Everett Cunningham, Chief Commercial Officer, as of January 16, 2026. Such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
