On September 21, 2026, i-80 Gold Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “i-80 Gold Announces Positive Feasibility Study and Initial Mineral Reserve for Granite Creek Underground; After-Tax NPV(5%) of $118 Million at $2,750/oz Au Increasing to $598 Million at $4,500/oz Au”. On September 21, 2026, the Company also issued a press release titled “i-80 Gold Announces Initial Assay Results From Mineral Point Open Pit Nevada Gold Project in Nevada Including a Step-Out Hole of 1.33 g/t Au and 39.2 g/t Ag over 225.6 Meters”. A copy of the press releases are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
