Item 8.01 Other Events
On May 14, 2026, U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, which serves as (i) indenture trustee for the $11,341,000 aggregate principal amount of Junior Subordinated Debt Securities due March 15, 2037 (the “Debt Securities”) of HomeTrust Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company"), as successor to Quantum Capital Corp. ("Quantum"), and (ii) institutional trustee of Quantum Capital Statutory Trust II (the “Trust”), a statutory trust formed by Quantum, notified holders that the Company will redeem the Debt Securities in whole on June 15, 2026 (the “Redemption Date”), and that, consequently, all outstanding Capital Securities ($11,000,000 aggregate liquidation amount) and Common Securities ($341,000 aggregate liquidation amount) of the Trust, which is the sole holder of the Debt Securities, will be concurrently redeemed by the Trust using the proceeds from the Company's redemption of the Debt Securities. The redemption price will be 100% of the principal amount of the Debt Securities, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to the Redemption Date.
