On March 2, 2026, Harrow, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and a letter to stockholders announcing its financial results for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2025 and providing an update on recent corporate developments. The press release and letter to stockholders are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
