On August 6, 2026, HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as well as its Q3 2026 dividend. A copy of the earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
