Item 8.01. Other Information.

On June 25, 2026, Halliburton Company (“Halliburton”) was notified of the death of Mr. Abdulaziz F. Al Khayyal on June 24, 2026. Mr. Al Khayyal served as a distinguished member of the Halliburton Board of Directors since 2014, and he will be greatly missed. He served on the Audit Committee and the Health, Safety and Environment Committee at the time of his death.
