Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Other Officers.
(b) On August 4, 2026, David A. Rodriguez retired from the Board of Directors of Globe Life Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately, for personal reasons. Mr. Rodriguez’s departure from the Board of Directors was not a result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter related to its operations, policies or practices.
