On November 6, 2025, Genpact Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2025.  The Company is furnishing this Form 8-K pursuant to Item 2.02, “Results of Operations and Financial Condition.” A copy of the press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, is incorporated herein by reference.
