On October 28, 2025, Franklin Street Properties Corp. (the “Registrant”) announced its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. The press release references certain supplemental operating and financial data that is now available on the Registrant’s website. A copy of the supplemental operating and financial data is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated by reference herein.
