Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On July 8, 2026, Kairat Kelimbetov resigned from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Freedom Holding Corp. (the "Company"), effective immediately. Dr. Kelimbetov's resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. As a result of Dr. Kelimbetov's resignation, the number of directors serving on the Board has decreased from seven directors to six directors.
