On June 17, 2026, Fluent, Inc. (the "Company") held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") virtually. The total number of shares represented in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting was 24,933,091 of the 29,815,712 shares of the Company's common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting as of the April 23, 2026 record date.
