Item 8.01.    Other Events.
On August 4, 2026, Firy Inc. (formerly Skillz Inc.) (the “Company”), delivered a notice of partial redemption (the “Redemption”) to redeem $80.0 million in aggregate principal amount of the Company’s outstanding 10.250% Secured Notes due 2026 (the “Notes”) at a redemption price of 100.000% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest (if any), with such redemption occurring on August 14, 2026. As of August 4, 2026, there was $129,671,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding. UMB Bank, N.A. is serving as the trustee for the Notes and as the paying agent for the Redemption.
