On April 14, 2026, Mike Krieger, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Figma, Inc. (“Figma”) informed Figma of his decision to resign from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Krieger’s decision was not due to any disagreement with Figma on any matter related to its operations, policies, or practices. The Board thanks Mr. Krieger for his service and contributions to Figma and the Board.
