On May 7, 2026, Foghorn Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain of the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
