On April 28, 2026, First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Shareholder Meeting in Abilene, Texas. During the Annual Shareholder Meeting, F. Scott Dueser, the Company’s Executive Chairman, and David Bailey, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, made presentations to the Company’s shareholders and invited guests. The presentation materials are attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
