On June 29, 2026, Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original 8-K”) to announce, among other items, the appointment of Mr. Jesse G. Singh as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and as a Class I member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and in relation therewith, the execution by the Company and Mr. Singh of an offer of employment (the “CEO Offer Letter”). This Form 8-K/A amends the Original Form 8-K to file the CEO Offer Letter.
